Almost Finished

These knives won't last long, I am really happy with the way the turned out.

  1. Patrick, you are really getting good at making those neck knives. I am so proud of you. Keep it up brother. I miss you all so bad. Hope to see you soon. Derek

  2. My neck-knife is the most useful tool I own. I recently used it to butcher 120 chickens. It stayed sharp the entire time. During butchering my knife needs to be razor sharp and I have always had to stop and sharpen my knife several times (every few chickens). Now I just think of my neck-knife as a mini light-saber that cuts effortlessly and endlessly where I put it. It is worth it's weight in gold especially on a farm.
